Associate attorney Carleen Wood assists homeowners associations in interpreting and analyzing their CC&Rs, bylaws and articles of incorporation. Ms. Wood has experience advising boards of directors on various legal issues as well as amending and revising governing documents. In addition to her work with homeowners associations, Ms. Wood assists individuals with the preparation and implementation of estate plans and with probate administration. Ms. Wood received her Juris Doctor in 2004 from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law graduating with distinction and earning academic honors in Trial Advocacy and Pre-Trial Civil Litigation. While in law school, Ms. Wood served as a Governing Board Member at Community Legal Services, where she was responsible for managing cases in a variety of practice areas including family law and bankruptcy. She also worked as a certified law student for Sacramento County Counsel in the Division of Revenue Recovery. Ms.
Wood graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political
Science from Saint Mary's College of California. She is admitted to
